FOR  THE PROFESSIONAL PRESENATION OF YOUR PRODUCT

Shrink wrapping

The product is enclosed in a polymer film. Heat application tightly shrinks the polymer over the product. Can be used on all sized products and over other packaging such as boxes.

Magic Skin System

Magic Skin wrapping joins an object strongly to a cardboard with a plastic film. Heated by a radiating panel, the skin sticks to the cardboard by means of a vacuum process and outlines the shapes of the underlying objects. Used if point of sale graphics feature on the cardboard facia.

Blister Packing

This is the use of pre-formed plastics to package products. Predominately used for small and medium sized products, it protects the product against damage from external forces.

Flow Wrapping

Flow wrappers wrap products by performing three tasks in one fluid and continuous operation – forming a bag, filling it with a product, then sealing and discharging the finished package.

Vertical Form Fill and Seal

This is an automated assembly-line product packaging system, commonly used for foodstuffs. The machine constructs plastic bags out of a flat roll of plastic film, while simultaneously filling the bags with product and sealing the filled bags. Both solids and liquids can be bagged using this packaging system.

Small Display Cartons

The cartons containing product can be opened and lids folded back to allow point of sale display.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY AND PACKING

Product assembly entails clients providing the product components and we assemble to the client's specifications. We then pack and ship as per the client's request. This is a popular service for businesses who have the manufacturing capability, but prefer to keep costs down by outsourcing minor assembly and packing as their production cycles dictate.

KIT ASSEMBLY AND PACKING

Kit assembly refers to collating individual components and placing into a container to optimise the pack size and to save costs on couriers or postage. We can pack into cartons, label and ship out assembled kits in bulk by truck or by courier or post.
